Those buildings were military housing, and no it was not terror, but a reminder that Russian military cannot hide completely even in Moscow. Clearly a military target.
But Russian propaganda was probably parroted as always.
OK, are you talking about a drone Russia claimed they downed, so it didn't hit its target?

Those drones were probably on their way to legitimate targets near Moscow.
Anyways it's not my job to find documentation for your claim, that's your job! I still say there is no evidence for Ukrainian terrorism, and you haven't shown any.
