I'm not familiar with his NXT work, but this is way better than what he was doing the rest of the year

In NXT he led the Legado Del Fantasma, clearly an homage to the LWO, but they were heels and had Elektra Lopez instead of Zelina Vega as their manager. On the main roster, he was made second fiddle to Rey Mysterio and forced to be the crappy face we've seen this year. All around his heel work is head and shoulders above his work with the LWO. Obviously, that's my opinion.
