I have no context from the original and now am very confused why Marine is zapping a monster to death.
The original by Shigure Ui (Subaru's artist/mom) went viral a few months ago. It is a song where she sings about lolicons being disgusting and getting put in jail. The lolicons being her fans. They enjoy getting degraded. Song is a bop though.
Adding to the other comment, the “zap” in question is the legendary “Ui beam”, Ui’s “signature move” which, in reality, was probably “shot” more times by Watame impersonating her than herself
