How to keep nails from getting detached from the nailbed (self.judo)

I cut them short. I also tried putting tape on my fingertips but it comes off within 5-10 minutes. Is there anything else I could try, maybe a different way of taping? Any advice would be appreciated 🙏

You have a point, but I've never broken a nail in judo. (I'll still ask at my next check-up.)
