Well yes, we are a huge agricultural producer, huge oil industry, tech industry, national defense industry, part of the space industry, 3rd most populous state, etc etc. But we have a lot of backwards shit here too

Weve been generating more electricity from wind and solar power than from coal power through the heatwave
