I'm surprised diabetes is still considered fatal these days given the advances in treating the disease. Pati yung mga foot amputations shouldn't happen anymore with just cursory attention.

Guessing this stat applies mostly to those in the poverty bracket that couldn't afford medicine and treatment or have too many problems of their own that they jdgaf.
