Elaborate? I just picked it up but haven't fire it up yet. It doesn't break the base gameplay loop, does it? Just lackluster new content?

Overpriced, what little content there is is basically just a lot of text, new outliner is awful since things were removed, leaders rework is bad, etc.

Not to mention all the bugs 3.10 introduced. The DLC released like 3 days ago and theyve already put it on sale for 10% off, and the price is still too high.

They made archeology sites again and sold it. The DLC is that plus 3 civics and an origin, which is basically nothing for the price.
