Ah, yes. Let's just keep beating the poor bodies of these IP's for every last little scrap that they are worth until people absolutely fucking hate them. The only thing of quality that they've made in the last 20 years has been Rogue One, and that's only because they did something novel and unique. How many years until we get a terrible Chewbacca movie? Or a terrible Yoda movie? Or the rise of Jabba the Hutt.Come on Disney, DO SOMETHING UNIQUE! Go out of the comfort zone. Take a fucking risk. Not these CW-equivalent, low-quality shows.

Here's some fun ideas:

  • "The Death Star - A comedic mockumentary akin to "The Office" about the group building the Death Star and how so many absurd, catastrophic failures made it into such a grand design.
  • A movie about the Kashyyyk Massacre that highlights the atrocities of war, instead of glorifying it. It should absolutely not be a feel good movie.
  • A movie about the Fallen Order done in the similar style as "Arcane".

If you’d taken the time to read the article, you would have realised that what you were complaining about is exactly what they want Johnson to do. Create a trilogy independent and removed from the original storylines.
