He will be back, but I have some anxiety about it because he had a hamstring issue before and for someone with his pace, recurring hamstrings are a real worry.
Look at Sessegnon. So much promise, but held back for years (perhaps permanently) by those hamstrings of his.
Praying VDV comes back without permanent damage to his body or mind.

He's getting the best care available. Not operating seems a good indicator and it's always a better long-term prognosis, when the body heals itself.
Honestly, not expecting him to start a full game until '24/25. Perhaps come on as a late sub, end of this season.
Mentally, will be very frustrating for him but given the real camaraderie this squad has, Vic, Cuti and Udogie will be the best morale cheerleaders ever😅. His family appear really supportive too.
