I feel it's been broken for a few days now. I used to see some recent threads (<12h old) in there, now it's all 2 and 3 day old stuff. I barely get any fresh content in there.
I think on pre-0.18, the instance server needs to be restarted regularly, there's an issue causing the Hot/Active algorithm to stuck
