This is utterly insane. I had absolutely no idea that Billy Corgan, who I only knew as the lead singer of The Smashing Pumpkins, had anything to do with professional wrestling.
I had to check Wikipedia, because at first I thought they were just two similar-looking guys who coincidentally have the same name. This is incredibly weird… and I haven’t even read the article yet!
Wait until you find out that he was involved in TNA. He was very close to buying TNA.
What. The. FUCK.
Oh yeah it was an ordeal. He thought he was buying TNA from Dixie and Panda Energy, she thought he was basically just going "hey babe here's millions of dollars...bye!" 🤦♂️ TNA avoided that pitfall.
