Looks like Ross Coulthart was correct about him stepping down.
“I’m ready to move on. I have accomplished everything I said I was going to do,” Kirkpatrick said.
I'm wondering if he will ever elaborate on what he thought he accomplished. They made a website, I suppose.
Or a long rambling YouTube video.
Lol, he clearly kept his goals for AARO modest. I should hope that they have a public meeting to discuss the groundwork established by Kirkpatrick and the direction of whoever the permanent replacement will be.
He also claims to be wrapping up the first volume of a historical review of UAP. So, there's potential for him to leave on a positive note, but I won't be holding my breath.
