I don't remember the episode, but it's definitely former presidents doing a 3 stooges bit.
Is it Hurricane Neddy when they're rebuilding his house?
I believe the town rebuilds Ned's house, not the former presidents. This episode starts off with Homer volunteering with Lisa and getting hit on by Nancy Nagle and Cookie Kwan if I remember it right. Can't recall the plot for the life of me though.
