Not really a question for just biologists but I can't imagine too many nonbiologists knowing enough microbes to answer it haha.

Not necessarily my favorite, but Vibrio fischeri is pretty... lit. It is bioluminescent, and also notably found in the light organ of some marine animals (where it is basically responsible for that effect).
