That might not have been the original goal, but it is the only conclusion if Wagner wins.

Exactly. Wagner says “not a coup” but if you’re the only force left at the end of the day that’s the only path forward. Doesn’t matter if they don’t make surface changes and Putin is still “president”….Wagner would have effective control.
