I wanted to restart my Obsidian Vault as it was getting to messed up as I never ordered anything. Finally started doing a Folder system so hopefully this helps in the long run.

Have you checked out the PARA system?

I paid for the audiobook and listened to it a few times through (it's short and dense). Like all systems, I don't follow it religiously, but it's a useful base.
