How make body and brain go when no energy ever ever again? how wake up at 6am when so so tired? how get energy when no energy? Big big love but small empty battery. Please? 15m2w

Sleep when baby sleeps. Eat when baby eats. Clean when baby cleans. Repair the dryer when baby repairs the dryer. Let baby drive when it's time to run errands. Give baby a food budget, and have baby cook 3 meals each week. Have baby get certified as an electrician, plumber, or auto mechanic, so baby can take care of some household upkeep while you finally get a nap.
