Shows about time travel are as old as well... time. But there's only one that's had thirteen different actors play the same lead character Doctor Who. And now we know when the Fourteenth Doctor will make their debut- hang on. He looks familiar...

That's right, to celebrate 60 years of our favourite Timelord, David Tennant is back in the TARDIS. I could not be more excited, especially as he will be teaming up with Donna Noble (Catherine Tate) once again. Worryingly, I've officially reached the age where my childhood is classed as nostalgic

But enough about me, if you don't have a TARDIS you need me to tell you when the three specials with the dream team will air, and strangely enough for Who fans, where.

It’s inconsistent, but there are some really really great episodes and story arcs in there. I actually couldn’t stand Tennant when I first started going through Dr Who, but he grew on me through his run to where I honestly missed him when he left. Matt Smith though seemed good from the get-go. I actually haven’t caught up with the show since Capaldi had taken over, mostly because whatever streaming option I was using stopped carrying it.

At times Dr Who just gets silly and slapstick, with like stupid fart jokes happening during an alien invasion and all the goddamn stupid Christmas episodes. But then you have something like “Blink”, which is one of the greatest episodes ever (ironically, an episode that The Doctor barely even appears in). There is some really great writing and acting in there, but it’s unfortunately mixed in with alot of crap.

It’s weird that they’re making such a big deal about Donna Noble showing up again though, when she was probably one of the worst companions in the show. I hated every moment she was on screen.

Nah, Donna was amazing, especially the amazing chemistry Tennant and Tate had on screen. But I can see how she’s not everyone’s cup o‘ tea.

Donna is probably one of the best if not the best companian.
