Videos of military vehicles on roads in Rostov Region have started to appear in Telegram channels.

Some of them clearly show government troops. Other vehicles are more difficult to identify - military trucks.

But it is not clear whether these are Wagner forces or a regular army.

It is also reported that part of the Rostov-Moscow highway is blocked.

In Rostov, according to Russian media reports, PMC Wagner is still neither seen nor heard.
