Hi,

I've been having issues with blisters between my toes. The toes rub together I suppose, and for longer runs, this causes issues.

I think I need wider shoes. I've been running in the "Hoka bondi 7 wide", and recently got the altra Turin 6.. The altras as ok for width, but the lack of drop makes my heel hurt.. Any ideas of very wide shoes with some drop?

I should say I love the hokas in every aspect aside from them being too narrow in the toe box.

I have used altras for years. It does take some time getting used to the zero drop, but I think they improved my running over shoes with drop. The thing I condctrated on when starting out was running often but at low intensity and/or shorter lengths, and running at 180 cadeance.

In the beginning I did 2-3k, but did it every day.

I have a pair of Vivo barefoots which are also great, but might not be for you (yet?) by the sounds of it
