How can Ukraine take advantage of this? Should they?
As Napoleon said, if your enemy is making a mistake don't stop them. Right now the tricky part is to proceed with the counteroffensive without getting Wagner and the Russian MoD on the same side again.
The more modern version being, "please proceed, governor" 😀
