Ang ganda talaga ni Karmina Constantino, walang kupas. But going back to the topic, this is a good segment on number coding being useless and alternative solutions to traffic.

May carpooling pa nalalaman as if silang mga politiko willing umalis sa SUV nila na sila lang karga, lmao.

If I recall correctly they banned a German car pooling app here in the Philippines some time ago, I forget it's name.
