That's what I understood from the title, although it seemed odd that so many Starbucks employees of all people would strike for a conservative cause, especially from some store from Seattle.
I guess good on the workers? At this point it's just symbolic - the decorations don't really matter, but banning them by admins seems like an act of betrayal and kowtowing to the conservative crybullies. I wish the strike was about something more substantive, like wages, since the decorations were just a part of "rainbow capitalism", but banning them is something that probably demands a response, especially in this political climate.
