Oh, and the banks you defrauded. And the local governments you cheated out of taxes. And all the other citizens who paid more in taxes to make up for what you cheated on... "NO VICTIMS".

Also local governments - taxpayers - who had to foot the bill for security for his fascist rallies. Not to mention Covid and his incitement of hate crimes.
