Focaccia is a chewy Italian style of bread. I brushed it with olive oil, crushed red pepper, and dried herbs.

Caprese salad is traditionally made of tomatoes, basil, mozzarella, and balsamic vinegar. I also added some finely-sliced red onion because I like the taste.
