The FIA claim it is "only a matter of time" before the F1 pack converges and the all-conquering Red Bull dominance is no more.

Yeah. It is kind of a double-edged sword. The changes led to closer racing during races, but seasons with little rule changes lead to better championship battles. Hopefully it won't take 7 years for others to catch up so we get a 2021-like season again, but this time with even better on-track racing.
