For me it's floating on my back in the sea on a on sunny beach, bobbing up and down on the gentle waves.

for something more everyday: i work a 9-5 and will go and get groceries after work. once i've put them all away i tidy my flat top to bottom. the thing that keeps me going is the idea of a long, warm shower where i do a hair and face mask and then order some takeout if it's near payday.
