How's that a penalty the ball gets literally hit into him from close range and he's just jumping ????
He sets a precedent. Anything that hits your hand is any which way is basically a penalty then

It is 50/50 for me, I don't think it sets a precedent though. There have been a lot of close to contact handballs that have been decided one way or the other. I expect a more thorough explanation from PGMOL tho.
