Go to settings then search for "smart lock" you should be able to find what you are looking for.

No luck there, though I tried again at your suggestion and the other commenter's (edit: found it in the settings as "Extend Unlock" instead of "Smart Lock")

Ah thanks for this, I assumed it was removed in Android 14
