I feel sorry for the 19 year old, who was terrified and didn’t want to go but went because it was Father’s Day weekend.
That CEO, though, he got what he earned.

This quote is pure hubris: (oh irony)

This guy was a fucking moron.
He's not wrong, he'll be remembered for the rules he broke. Perhaps the quote wasn't meant as an inspiration, but a warning. MacArthur did lose his job over his rule-breaking.
That thought occurred to me as well...
Knowing which rules can (or even should) be bent/broken, and which rules absolutely shouldn't be compromised can be difficult but... not in this case. This was easily avoidable.
