i have a website that gets 120 visits a day. my niche is video games. how can i monetize it?

I mean the honest answer is see if you can setup Google ads. It won't bring in much though. But it is doable.

Less likely to be able to do is get direct sponsors, but that probably is for when you have more traffic.
