Ahh, yes, Mona's hat, that makes a lot of sense. Best Genshin character imo.

The chalice is from the show Overlord, it's the top part of an enormous golden staff.

So we're only missing the belt, the cape and possibly the grenade launcher (if it is even a reference to something, might also just be because it's very on point for megumin, I agree :D).

The cape might be Doctor Strange's cape?
