Coffee wins every time, even if I have to pay $9+ for a goddamn bag ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Embrace tradition, 100 tea bags for $4! Your ancestors fought for access to tea!

Bro, my ancestors dumped tea in protest ๐Ÿ˜…

[โ€“] ericbomb 2 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Because the tea was expensive! They fought for cheap tea!

How many bags equals one cup of tea?

[โ€“] ericbomb 1 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Um.. 1. I guess some folks think they need like 3 for it to be strong enough.

Not a big tea drinker are you?

I mean so it equals the amount of caffeine for a better comparison. From the numbers I've always seen the amount of caffeine per dl is on average much smaller, so to get equal amounts you'd have to drink more, which factors into the cost.

I'm not sure why you're asking. I drink a lot of tea even though I prefer coffee. Shouldn't really matter for the caffeine comparison though?

Oh your comment said "how many bags equal a cup of tea" which confused me is all!

"Equals a cup of coffee" makes more sense. Idk! Really depends on brand and strength of both.

Sorry for the confusion
