Så eventuellt slipper jag ta med mig körkortet i bilen? Det räcker med telefonen?
Ja, du behöver inte ha med dig körkort om din identitet kan fastställas vid en körkort-kontroll på annat sätt än, t.ex. genom foto-legitimation vilket detta bör liknas med.
Körkortslag 9 kap 2 st. Föraren ska inte dömas till straff, [...] 3. om förarens identitet genast har kunnat fastställas. Lag (2009:189).
