Hah I had the same talk with @[email protected] yesterday, sometimes it just isn't clear-cut. Especially the further back in time you go (nineties stuff).
But this one fits in /c/jungle because it's more (amen) breaks than bass-driven, reggae vocals and some of the one-shot sounds (like at 0:16) are pure jungle. And Aries is from the Chopstick Dubplate label, which is just a known jungle label overall.
