Other reports are saying Chelsea rejected our 2nd offer. Conflicting stories every where

Romano's latest update suggests (to me anyway) that we are properly negotiating now. I think this gets done

I'll be impressed with our new DOF if we can get this done quick and at a fair price. Especially under the circumstances of the club is in.
