Hello, I just picked up an iPad Air running iOS 12.5.7, I'd just like to download 2/3 apps like Netflix or Twitch. Will it be possible to do this with Jailbreak?

If so, what's the official website for this version? It's such a mess and there are so many scams...

IOS 12 is fairly recent, apps should still support it, pretty sure you can still watch YouTube on iOS 9

No, most Apps drop support after one or two years. This isn't Android where Apps still support Android 6 from 2015, hence why its a big deal when Apple drops support.
