At least its not the other kind of CBT
I tried rubbing CBT oil on my feet to help with my anxiety. I couldn't walk right and was peeing blood for weeks.

The only CBT i enjoyed a lot, was a grindcore band named "Cock and Ball Torture" in the early 2000s. They were great. Their first album "Cocktales" is wild.
