Title says it all. What are your opinions on some metal haircuts that aren't just long hair?

Generally black metal band members either have long hair or shave their heads. Case in point:

Behemoth - band leader has short hair, rarely shows his hair

Behemoth - band leader generally wears some headwear that hangs down to shoulders, other band members either have long hair or shaved head.
