Much of Tulsa has been w/out power since Sunday and our already bad drivers and learning about 4-way stops at non-working stoplights.

“At a four-way stop, all vehicles must stop. The first vehicle to reach the intersection should move forward first. If two vehicles reach the intersection at the same time, the driver on the left yields to the driver on the right. If facing one another both can proceed with caution, watching for possible turns.” But the real fun begins when all 4 cars arrive at the same time! I personally like the Reno 911! Apparently, that's a North America thing, weird. They don't really exist in Europe.
