Much of Tulsa has been w/out power since Sunday and our already bad drivers and learning about 4-way stops at non-working stoplights.

Can't blame people alone when the system is that bad. Just have one road with priority, saves some signs too.

Too many signs everywhere are bad anyway. Keep it to a minimum, those that are essential, so people pay attention to those and actually see them in the first place.

What is going on in Tulsa anyway?
