Last volume of So I'm A Spider, So What… wow what an unbelievably mediocre end to the series. Pointless battles, handwaved solutions to major conflicts, and a lack of long anticipated emotional reunions. Hell, half the epilogue was the same repeated statement that characters were never seen again. Not that I’m surprised, the series started strong, peaked early, then went down hill after that, but I was still hoping for at least a little meaningful satisfaction at the end. 3/5 for the Lightnovel and the series as a whole.

I dropped it the after the volume where almost the entire thing was just from the side story's POV. I always thought I should maybe pick it up again, but reading your post now I'm happy that I didn't.
