Many words could be used to describe Eiko, but the top one to me at this point is "sus".

She is a psycho. Had my hope she would turn good after confronting soldiers spirits but no. I hope she would not betray Keitaro and Yayoi just to have more thrill... Apart for someone dying because of her I don't think she would realized it's not good and she has to change.
