When it comes to HK, most people think of dim sum, dong lai cha (HK style milk tea), daan tat (HK style egg tart), gai daan jai (egg bubble waffle), maybe going to a cha chaan teng.

For me, it's put chai gou (pudding cake on a stick).

The article mentions the Boston Restaurant in Wan Chai. I'm surprised to hear that it's still running.

You should definitely eat there. It's famous for its sizzling steak platters.
