I want an update on his butthole the morning after, I love Carolina reaper hot sauce but PHEW, I have to limit myself if I don't want too painful of a shit the next morning

They had to surgically bypass his butthole, would have caused too severe damage and our plastic surgery hasn't gotten buttholes down just yet. They installed a sting from his upper intestine directly to a lead-reinforced toulet.
