I understand this isn't a phone service, but my prepaid phone plan gives me 12 gb per month. I use this for everything, including computer Internet as a hotspot, updates, etc. How would I ever use 450? Run movies all day, every day?
12gb would not even be close to enough for me, but 450 is also way out of my usage range. Typically i fall from 100gb to 150gb per month. Thats with youtube, audio books, podcasts, voip apps, updates, etc.
In my household of four, we typically use about 400 GB of data per month (at about 4:1 download to upload ratio) on our fiber Internet connection. It's a lot of VC meetings for work and after school activities and the usual media streaming. We also have phones on the Wi-Fi while at home.

Thank you both for that perspective. Perhaps I subconsciously self limit my usage. I think I would watch a movie and would definitely listen to more podcasts if I had more data.
