Blindly throwing money at it won't fix it. Intelligent changes and an adequate budget will.
Yeah. I have no hope for it. We could start by dismantling the department of education.
Typically you want to have a replacement in place before you dismantle critical infrastructure.
It was created in 1979. Since then education has gone down. Why replace it
