They have the right to defederate and we have the right to call them massive pieces of shit for defederating.
Concentration of power in a single instance will only and always end in tears. If you use someone else's computer for you community, then you are subservient to their whim and rule. Fediverse endgame obviously it's single user instances. Familial and group of friends instances at the most.
