Their entire repair programme is designed to be as obtuse as possible whilst still allowing them to say they offer repair. It's like the kid in school that spends so much time cheating on an exam that they could've just studied

Their entire repair program is the definition of malicious compliance.

Hell, if there's a malicious compliance sub on Lemmy, this should be on it.
