I am once again lamenting that I chose an 8 am btw cuz guess who was late today? :P
Anyone got tips on how to force myself to sleep earlier?
Become both mentally and physically tired by 10pm. Then turn off notifications on all devices. Also don't eat after 8pm. Limit your protein and fat intake for dinner.
I have a caffeine problem, so for me the answer is always to cut out caffeine 12 hours before I need to go to bed. Going for a run to tire myself out also helps sometimes, as long as I don't go right before I need to sleep.
